Leptin Sensitivity
publication date: Dec 21, 2009
In much the same way that insulin sensitivity is diminished when high insulin levels and large spikes desensitize insulin receptors, a similar point applies to leptin sensitivity. But, it was later found that high leptin induced disappearance of leptin receptors and a loss of sensitivity. A similar fate to that of insulin.
