New Scientist Interview

This article in the New Scientist, one of Britain's top science magazines, was published way back in 2000. (I have been at this a long time.) It covers the topic rather well, probably because John adopted the system and came to understand and believe it. New Scientist has opened the article to the public now, so here it is. John, who wrote the article, cured some sort of evil digestive problem by adopting the diet. I don't recall what it was. Here is the LINK to the article.
