The New Evolution Diet of fresh vegetables and fruits, seafood, lean meat, and healthy sources of good fats such as avocados, nuts, olive oil, Omega 3 fats, and cod liver oil lowers insulin---the aging hormone---and raises the HDL to trigyceride ratio. Mine are off the scale in the best way. Now a study that looks at the biomarkers of aging and body composition has been done that essentially tested the NED on a group of middle-aged individuals.
