Flex-Stretch, A New Exercise Protocol

I have been experimenting with a new exercise protocol, which I call flex-stretch. It consists of a contraction of the muscle---the flex component---followed by a stretch of some duration in which the muscle is forced to lengthen. I am impressed with the results and so I am planning a new work out centered on the flex-stretch concept.
