Using Flex-Stretch and IF to lose fat and gain muscle

For the past two weeks I have been doing flex-stretch exercise almost exclusively. I like the results and can feel a difference in the way my muscle feels and looks. It seems to have a different quality; a bit more taut, more cut, and a firm, strong feel to it
I have mixed this with a little intermittent fasting (IF). My body fat has dropped and the 3 readings I did showed 5.6, 6.8, and 8.8% body fat.
