I have adapted the research on chronic loading and muscle hypertrophy to do exercise a new way. It pulls out the knots and scar tissues and lengthens the muscles, all without the tiresome chronic loading that leads to exceptional hypertrophy in animal experiments. This brief post describes the 3 elements I am using personally.
