Skipping breakfast will not make you fat. I skip breakfast often. I skip meals with no regret and happily eat more later or the next day. Breakfast skippers have more hectic lives and eat out more often. Breakfast is no more important than any other meal and no meal is really important. Breakfast does not magically consume more calories than it contains, though some seem to think of it that way. No one can defy the laws of thermodynamics.
