Intermittent Fasting is Superior to Calorie Restriction

Restricting calories is one method people use to slow aging and improve metabolism. This is a miserable way to live; eating 40% fewer calories for the rest of my life may make me wish not to extend it. Still, the modern way of eating and the diet we eat is accelerating the rate at which we age. In Evolutionary Fitness, we have a better way of staying young. Intermittently going hungry is part of it. Here is some recent research to show you that this is the superior way to stave off metabolic damage that 3 square meals a day along with energy bars and drinks and snacks ultimately cause.
