By emphasizing the adaptations of almost all our organs and the underyling goals of the genes, the links and points speak to that more general model. A relief from the eat-less, exercise-more non-adaptive, linear thinking we hear all the time. Our brains do change to respond to what we do and eat.

We are all many people, depending on which brain module is activated to deal with a particular problem.
