Such Great and Effortless Progress that I Have to Post it for Everyone to See

Hi all, I finally managed to get over the one week hump and got a full month done. Its so so easy once you get used to it. I eat now basically twice to three times a day and even that is optional. Considering before I was binging, in the truest sense of the word, on copious amounts of sugar this an absolute godsend.

On the exercise front I have mostly done weights, with walking but I aim to introduce some sprints. 

In terms of weight loss, I was 84.9 kg and I'm now 79.5 kg. Thats in 4 weeks, with less effort than it took to eat badly! Its insane. Thats 11.9 pounds. 


Thank you Art for this program and your continued wisdom, its made my life much easier and much much better!

Art: Eating two to three times a day saves time, money and thinking about food. Everytime you think about eating you release insulin and your body prepares to store energy. Guess where that goes.
