More sad news of a 26-year old who did not make it to the finish line.
Any father or mother who is going to run half or full-marathons of triathlons owes their family the obligation of getting a medical clearance for hidden heart issues. Thanks Henry for the link. I can't keep up with them all. But, I feel an obligation to try; there are families to save from the premature death of a parent or spouse. |
