Of course, that is the wrong question. The right question is: given your present age, how might your health and longevity increase by adopting an ancestral diet, intermittent, playful exercise, and a lower stress lifeway?
The answer there is compellingly positive. We made it through childhood and are alive now. So, the right question is not how long did HGs live, but how might our longevity be improved and the quality-weighted years of life be extended by adopting a lifestyle modeled on ancestral diet, activity, and socialization?
