A Rash of Triathlon Deaths

Playful running, sprinting, easy forest running and games with their more natural, rest-burst patterns are fun and healthful.

For the record, another Ironman swims to death
Sep 1, 2011
They are not Ironmen because so many of them die. In an informal way, I have become the keeper of record on these endurance event deaths. This
ONE
was, as is common, in the swim portion of the race.
